NEIL PITTAWAY NEAC RWS RE LFA
Neil studied at Cheltenham School of Art, Seville University, the University of Bradford, the Royal Academy Schools, London, and the University of Huddersfield. He is a member of the New English Art Club (NEAC), Royal Watercolour Society (RWS) and the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers (RE), Associate Member of the Alpine Club, London and Member of Leeds Fine Artists. Neil’s work is in public collections including the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford; Victoria and Albert Museum, London; St. Paul’s Cathedral Library, London; Guild Hall Art Library, London; The Alpine Club, London; the D.H. Lawrence Museum and Birthplace, Nottingham; the Indian Institute of Contemporary Art, Mumbai, India; and The Royal Collection; London and The Collection of Heritage Malta. Neil has exhibited work in Many Contemporary Art Fairs including the London Original Print Fair, at the RA, (London), Contemporary Print Fair, Atlantis Gallery, (London), Teddington Art Fair, Battersea Affordable Art Fair and Manchester Contemporary Art Fair. Neil has won many Awards for his work including the British Institution prizes for both drawing and printmaking, Ashmolean Museum Oxford Award and the Arts Club London Excellence in Drawing Award. His work has also been featured on Television and Radio and in publications and exhibitions Nationally and Internationally.
