Why do I need to book a timed ticket?
Timed tickets allow us to monitor the number of people in the fair and offer a safe, socially distanced experience to visitors.
How do timed tickets work?
- Choose the date and time to suit you when purchasing your ticket.
- Arrive anytime during the 1 hour time slot shown on your ticket. This time slot only limits your arrival time, not the duration of your visit to the fair.
- Show your ticket on arrival – either printed or on your phone, this will be scanned by our staff at the entry.
How far in advance do I need to buy tickets?
With limited capacity, in order to secure the date / time you want, we suggest you book your tickets as soon as possible.
Are concession tickets available?
Yes, concessionary tickets are available for over 60s, full time students, Greenwich One card holders and Universal Credit recipiants. Please bring proof of concessionary status with you to the fair.
Do children under 16 get in free?
Yes, children 16 and younger will gain entry to the fair for free. They will still need a ticket to enter, and they must be accompanied by an adult with a timed ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to another timed entry session?
Wherever possible we will try to accommodate your requirements, however this may be subject to capacity and we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.
Can I buy a ticket in person on the day?
We suggest that you book your tickets in advance where possible. As our venue capacity will be reduced to provide a safer socially distanced environment for visitors, artists and staff, we cannot guarantee tickets to your preferred entry time will be available on the day. Please check out our Ticketing Page for information on which sessions still have availability.
Booking in advance will also save you money on our door sale prices, plus you can book in advance with confidence with our Ticket Guarantee, safe in the knowledge that your ticket is fully refundable should you change your mind.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
We have introduced our new Ticket Guarantee allowing you to book your tickets with confidence. You can request a full refund of your ticket (minus the booking fee) up to 1 day in advance.
We are not able to exchange tickets which are valid for past dates or time slots.
HEALTH & SAFETY
To keep our visitors, staff and exhibitors safe, on arrival we will be asking everyone to consider the following questions before entering the fair. Within the last 14 days:
- Have you had cause to believe you have COVID-19?
- Have you experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 such as a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste?
- Have you been in close contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or anyone who has been showing symptoms?
- Have you travelled from or been in close contact with anyone who has travelled from any of the UK’s ‘red list’ countries?
- Have you not adhered to government guidelines and social distancing when not at work?
- Have you been contacted by the NHS Track and Trace system and asked to self-isolate?
Please consider these questions before arrival as should the answer to any of these be ‘Yes’, we will kindly ask you not to enter the fair.
What social distancing and hygiene measures are you taking to make the fair safe?
Our Safe Fair Policy includes a limited capacity fair. Entry to the fair is only permissible if you have a timed ticket. To enjoy the fair we are organising one-way routes with clear signage. To reduce contact points, all payments will be taken by card only. We will be operating an enhanced cleaning schedule along with providing hand sanitizer, face masks and temperature checks for fair visitors. Please visit our Safe Fair page for more information.
Will I need to wear a face mask?
Yes, all staff, exhibitors and attendees will be required to wear a face mask during their entire time at Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair.
What measures are you taking to ensure your staff and galleries are kept safe?
To help keep everyone attending the fair safe, we’re following protocols laid out by the UK Government under stage 3 of the unlocking roadmap. From use of the NHS Track and Trace app, mandatory face masks, temperature checks and sanitizing of hands as you arrive, to providing hand-sanitizer, increased cleaning of the toilets and other high use areas; you can feel confident about visiting the fair. Our decreased attendance levels, timed entry and widened aisles will allow for social distancing at 2 meters and only cashless payments will be accepted by galleries and vendors to minimise contact.
Exhibitors and staff will be asked to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test no older than 3 days from the start of the fair build, and then again at a maximum of 72hr intervals throughout the run of the fair. During the fair, we will continue to perform staff wellness checks including temperature checks and, of course, any staff who are feeling unwell will be asked to stay at home. Staff will also use the NHS Track and Trace app which is requested for all visitors on site at the fair.
For the full list of COVID Safe Measures, see our Safe Fair page.
If I feel unwell on the day my ticket is booked, what should I do?

Additionally, in order to avoid queuing and to make the process as smooth as possible, sold artworks may be submitted to professional wrap and shipping for next day delivery by our Official Shipping Partner, Ebiss.
