TICKETS AND CONCESSIONS

  • Thursday 26 October, 12.00 – 18.00 | New Collectors’ Evening 18.00 – 21.00

    Friday 27 October, 12.00 – 18.00

    Saturday 28 October, 12.00 – 18.00

    Sunday 29 October, 12.00 – 18.00

  • Timed tickets allow us to monitor the number of people in the Fair, in line with our venue capacity.

  • Choose the date and time to suit you when purchasing your ticket.

    Arrive anytime during the 2 hour time slot shown on your ticket. This time slot only limits your arrival time, not the duration of your visit to the Fair.

    Show your ticket on arrival – either printed or on your phone, this will be scanned by our staff at the entry.

  • With limited capacity, in order to secure the date / time you want, we suggest you book your tickets as soon as possible.

  • Yes, concessionary tickets are available for full-time students, Greenwich One card holders, Royal Borough of Greenwich residents and Universal Credit recipients. Please bring proof of concessionary status with you to the Fair.

  • Yes, children 16 and younger will gain entry to the Fair for free. They will still need a ticket to enter, and they must be accompanied by an adult with a timed ticket.

  • Wherever possible we will try to accommodate your requirements, however this may be subject to capacity and we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.

  • We suggest that you book your tickets in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.

FAIR EXPERIENCE

  • Yes, Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair is fully accessible. The venue has been fully refurbished to be as physically accessible as possible, and we’re working hard to make sure everyone can comfortably attend our events.

    The Fair is situated throughout the ground floor and where appropriate separate ramped walkways are in place, enabling easy access. There are access toilets throughout the building. A Changing Places toilet and Baby changing facilities are located on the ground floor by the Visitors’ Book Café.

  • Yes, we will provide a complimentary wrap station for exhibitors who have sold artworks to clients wishing to take their purchase home immediately. Additionally, in order to avoid queuing and to make the process as smooth as possible, sold artworks may be submitted to be professionally wrapped and shipped (locally, nationally, or internationally). If you have any queries, please contact our sales team.

  • Yes, there is public wifi available.

  • No, there will be no cloakroom facilities available at the Fair.

  • Yes, as always pushchairs are welcome, but please keep in mind there will be no Cloakroom facilities at this Fair.

  • Yes there will be a printed Fair Guide & Map available to pick up onsite. We will also be offering a Digital Fair Guide which you’ll be able to download before coming to the Fair, and print should you wish. We will also have QR code points throughout the fair so you can access the Fair Guide once on site as well.

  • Yes, daily public tours will be available. Please visit our programme for details.

  • There are a number of accessible toilets throughout the building - on the ground floor, these are off the foyer by the main entrance doors and also by the café.

    Gender-neutral toilets are available on the ground floor by our café.

    We have a Changing Places room on the ground floor by our café, for the exclusive use of disabled people who need personal assistance to use the toilet. You can access the room by talking to our staff on the Welcome Desk, at our main entrance.

    Changing Places hoist information: Guldmann GH3 Lifting Module + Guldmann Lifting Hanger size M, Max weight: 200kg/ 440lbs. As the Changing Places consortium recommends, we advise that you bring your own sling for health & safety reasons.

    Baby changing facilities are located on the ground floor by the Visitors' Book Cafe and in the main entrance lobby opposite the Welcome Desk.

  • Yes, we are happy for well-behaved dogs on leads to come along and enjoy the artwork!
